Tree safety and tree condition surveys

Tree surveys are carried out for a number of reasons, for example, an inventory to understand population dynamics, the need for new planting, growth rates etc and safety reasons to meet general legal obligations. Surveys may include details of all trees within an area or only those that may require tree surgery or other consideration. Your needs will be discussed with you to ensure that the work we propose meets your requirements in the most efficient and economical way possible.

We can carry out and size survey you require from large scale tree surveys for local authorities, housing associations, schools, estates etc to private landowners with only a handful of trees. Tree surveys will meet general legal obligations such as those under the Occupiers Liability Acts (1957 and 1984) and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, as well as the common law torts of nuisance and negligence.
