The early provision of advice to meet current standards and guidelines in conjunction with your architects or planners will result in a sympathetic design. We will help you achieve your development objectives through the planning process.

We will work with you and your agents from initial design concepts and liaison with planning and other bodies through to the discharge of conditions and the implementation of your scheme. An initial and early tree survey, as required by British Standard 5837:2012 Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction, ideally based upon a topographical survey will allow full consideration of site constraints and development proposals. As we work with CAD (computer aided design) systems it is simple to provide a variety of documents to accompany your planning applications. These include tree constraints plans, arboricultural impact assessments, arboricultural method statements and tree protection plans.
